This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0064 is for the purchase of supplies with specified components for the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) upgrade at Blue River and Cottage Grove. The following solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS Code 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Government requests Lot pricing for the schedule of items in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) attached at the end of this document. Offerors are required to break out the cost of each line item in the attached Excel file.
