This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0063 is for procurement of a software license and annual maintenance for Mastercam 2022 with 3DMill and Multi-Axis, for a mill at Bonneville Lock and Dam. The following solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS Code 511210 Software Publishers. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Government requests pricing for the following schedule of items, in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS): CLIN 0001 -- Mastercam 2022 with Mill3D and Multi-Axis License and Annual Maintenance Agreements -- 1 EA -- $____________. The supply listed above is to include: Mastercam 2022 License - Mill 3D, Mastercam 2022 Add-On Program - Multi-Axis, Mastercam Maintenance Agreement: 12 Months for Mill 3D, & Mastercam Maintenance Agreement: 12 Months for Multi-Axis. Delivery: Delivery is 30 days after Award Date of Contract. Supplies/Services will be inspected/accepted: All supplies will be inspected/accepted at Destination by Government.
