This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0053 is for the repair and testing of two (2) 20-Ton Trane Voyager HVAC units at John Day Dam on the Columbia River in Oregon. The following solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS Code 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Government requests pricing for the following schedule of items, in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS): CLIN 0001 - HVAC Repair Services -- QTY: 01 -- Unit: Job Period of Performance: Date of Award thru 90 days after. Supplies/Services will be inspected/accepted: All supplies and services will be inspected/accepted at Destination by Government. Delivery Information: Repair and testing of the HVAC units will be done at: JOHN DAY DAM PROJECT INTERSTATE 84, EXIT 109 RUFUS, OR 97050 Submissions: Quotes are due no later than, 23 March 2021, at 2:00 PM PDT. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before the offer due date and time. Facsimile (Fax) responses are not accepted.
