Amendment 3-PWS updated (A.02 PWS Hub Shaft Assemblies attachment added) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This amended announcement constitutes the only solicitation and supersedes all previous solicitations; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0042 for services to renew two (2) set of port or starboard propeller CPP blades and hub with shafts anodes for the Dredge Yaquina is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02. This solicitation is advertised as a Small Business Set-aside competition under NAICS Code 336611 Ship Building and Repairing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
