This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0038 for procurement of four (4) spools of 900' continuous length single conductor 535 MCM 1C Type P power cable for USACE Portland Terminal 2 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a total of 3,600 feet. Please see the attached product description for design requirements. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 335999 - All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than, 09 March 2022, at 2:00 PM PST. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their proposals to this office before the offer due date and time.
