COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N22Q0028 US MOORINGS TEMPORARY FACILITIES ? OFFICES U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 25 March 2022 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement and installation of commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0028 is for the requirement is to provide two (2) modular office buildings. The Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to deliver and install the modular office buildings hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 332311 Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Delivery Information: The buildings must be delivered no later than May 23, 2022 (approximately 6 weeks following award) to the designated location at the US Moorings in Portland, Oregon. Shipping FOB destination must be included in the offered price.
