The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install, maintain, and remove scaffolding downstream side of Navlock 2 tower 3, Bonneville Lock and Dam, for inspections of Navlock structure, as defined in this Statement of Work at Bonneville Lock and Dam in Multnomah County, Oregon. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations during the services performed. This Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service Contract is for a duration of one (1) month, or less dependent on the results of Navlock inspections. Outage of the Navlock is currently projected at 2/13/2022 thru 3/19 2022 with scaffolding installation projected around 2/15/2022 – 2/18/2022 and removed by 3/18/2022 but likely earlier.
