This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0017 is for labor, materials, and equipment, to open, inspect, and clean vessel air conditioning and exhaust ventilation systems on the dredge vessel Yaquina, in Portland, OR. Please review the Attachment combined synopsis/solicitation document. The following solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This solicitation is advertised as a Full and Open Competition under NAICS Code 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Government requests pricing for the following schedule of items, in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS): CLIN: 0001 -- HVAC Cleaning Services -- Qty: 01 -- Unit: Job Period of Performance: Date of Award thru 31-MAR-2022. Supplies/Services will be inspected/accepted: All supplies and services will be inspected/accepted at Destination by Government. Delivery Information: Cleaning and inspection of the HVAC systems will be done at the Yaquina’s home port of Terminal 2 (T2) Portland, OR. Shipping FOB destination must be included in the offered price. Submissions: Quotes are due no later than, 14 March 2021, at 2:00 PM PST. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before the offer due date and time. Facsimile (Fax) responses are not accepted.
