This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0007 for procurement of two (2) ANSI 811 3x4-13/6V CD4MCu pumps with 1800 rpm 40 hp IEEE 841 rated motors mounted on a foundation in accordance with the attached product description. An award decision will be based on price alone with award going to the responsible contractor that submits the lowest price. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 Effective September 10, 2021. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 333914, Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
