Th... OR/WA Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2022 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N22B0011 for OR/WA Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2022. This dredging project includes hopper dredging work at four locations, to include two in Oregon (Port Orford and Skipanon River), and two in Washington (Baker Bay and Chinook). Mechanical dredging is required by this contract. Material placement will be in a designated ocean disposal site. Approximately 229,000 cubic yards will be dredged as a mandatory line items, with additional optional items of 80,000 cubic yards depending on project needs and funding availability.
