Mod 0001 includes site visit data and extends the closing date This is a non-personal services contract to provide labor and materials to remove the existing Johnson Controls PACS controllers and controller boxes, without damaging or forgetting the current wiring configurations. Then mounting the replacement government provided 3 each Identiv Hirsch Mx8 controllers with SNIB3 boxes and rewire the relays and door releases to these new controllers. Each controller box will be individually connected to a network switch with the provided CAT6 cable. Once mounted and connected to the network, the port enabling and configuration to the regional Velocity PACS will be with a Government Hirsch Velocity administrator.
