The US Army Corps of Engineers – Portland District (Corps) is soliciting for application of standard powder agricultural lime at Webb mitigation site in Clatskanie, Columbia County, OR (Location shown in Attachments 1-2). This is a non-personal, commercial services requirement. The contractor shall apply lime in accordance with the terms of the contract and as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a firm-fixed-priced contact with two month period of performance, from 1 September through 31 October 2021.
