The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform all applicable mowing within the Willamette Valley Project (WVP) as provide in location maps attached to the solicitation. The contract covers approximately 203 acres. There are 29 mowing units spread across 5 reservoirs in the Willamette Valley. Some of the units are adjacent and may be mowed continuously without hauling equipment by road. All work will be performed in accordance with the performance work statement. The contract also includes 4 separate rough mowing options per period that may be executed, or not, in any or all years and any combination at USACE discretion. All 4 options are located around Fern Ridge Lake, adding up to 39 more units covering approximately 263 acres. Acreage figures and mowing boundary lines are approximate. Physical barriers, existing mow line, and the attached specifications will determine the limit of mowing. The solicitation is for a Base period and four (4) option years.
