The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse, recycling and natural debris dumpster services... The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse, recycling and natural debris dumpster services at the Bonneville Lock and Dam in Multnomah County, Cascade Oregon. The contractor shall provide all refuse and recycling bins except for those used in internal office settings. The contractor shall furnish containers that match the brown color scheme of the Project, have company identification and labels distinguishing “recycling only”. The containers shall be in good working condition, lids operational, non-leaking and free from holes. Contractor shall also provide transportation and delivery of recyclable material from the Project to an off-site recycling center. The contractor shall collect recyclable material and transport all recyclable materials to the off-site recycling center for separation and processing. At a minimum, material to be recycled includes cardboard, tin cans, aluminum cans, office paper, scrap paper, magazines and glass. Frequency tables are located at Appendix A of the solicitation.
