This procurement is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment. The small business size standard is $8,000,000.00. The solicitation containing the full combined synopsis/solicitation, performance work statement, drawings, photos, and wage determination for the local Portland area are attached with this notification. The wage determination will be updated as needed depending on awardee's location.
