This procurement is unrestricted, solicited under full and open competition and is open to both small and large business concerns. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. The small business size standard is $8,000,000.00. The solicitation containing the full combined synopsis/solicitation, performance work statement, and wage determination for the local Portland are are attached with this notification. The wage determination will be updated as needed dpending on awardee's location.
