REQUEST FOR QUOTE W9127N21Q0066 Yaquina Swell Comp Cylinders U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 14 June 2021 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N21Q0066 for procurement of two (2) swell compensator hydraulic cylinders. The swell compensator hydraulic cylinder rod shall be chromed and built to or comparable to the specifications in the drawing referenced (Tomkins-Johnson Co. Drawing 95340) delivery to 8010 NW St. Helens Road, Portland, OR 97210 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective 10 March 2021. This solicitation is advertised as small business set-aside under NAICS Code 332710, Machine Shops with a size standard of 500 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
