This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N21Q0065 for procurement of two (2) ABS and/or USCG approved vertical Bilge and Ballast pumps dredge delivery to 8010 NW St. Helens Road, Portland, OR 97210 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective 10 March 2021. This solicitation is advertised as small business set-aside under NAICS Code 333996, Fluid Power Pump and Motor Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
