PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT TRUCK AND FLATBED TRAILER RENTAL WITH OPERATOR SERVICES 1. General Statement The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform movement of Government property by truck and trailer as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all Local, State, and Federal regulations during the services performed. This contract is for rental services of trucks, flatbed trailers, and qualified truck operators. Work will be performed at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Willamette Valley Project, Foster Dam, 2000 N 53rd Ave., Foster, OR 97345. Amount of days and equipment needed: January 25th through January 29th 2021. Five (5) Days of Service with contractor provided Five (5) Trucks, Five (5) Flatbed trailers, and Five (5) qualified truck operators. May 15th AND 16TH 2021. Two (2) Days of Service with contractor provided Six (6) Trucks, Six (6) Flatbed Trailers and Six (6) qualified truck operators ONE (1) TRAILER SHALL BE A STEPDECK CAPIBLE OF CARRYING 22 TONS. SEP 15TH AND 16th 2021. Two (2) Days of Service with contractor provided Six (6) Trucks, Six (6) Flatbed Trailers, and Six (6) qualified truck operators. ONE (1) TRAILER SHALL BE A STEPDECK CAPIBLE OF CARRYING 22 TONS. Quantity of Trucks and Trailers MAY Vary (minimum of 1 each not to exceed 6 each); DATES ARE subject to change. USACE will notify and determine quantity with contractor 7 days prior. Contractor will provide receipts for ALL WORK INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. Bid Items – CLIN 0001: JANUARY 25TH, 2021. Five trucks, Five flatbed trailers capable of carrying 22 tons, and Five operators. Use of equipment and operators shall perform work in Five - 10-hour days. CLIN 0002 OPTIONAL ITEM: MAY 15th, 2021. Six trucks, six flatbed trailers capable of carrying 22 tons, and six operators. Use of equipment and operators shall perform work in Two 10-hour days. ONE TRAILER SHALL BE A STEPDECK CAPIBLE OF CARRYING 22 TONS. CLIN 0003 OPTIONAL ITEM: SEPTEMBER 2021. Six trucks, six flatbed trailers capable of carrying 22 tons, and six operators. Use of equipment and operators shall perform work in two 10-hour days. ONE TRAILER SHALL BE A STEPDECK CAPIBLE OF CARRYING 22 TONS.
