The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District has a requirement for a modular office building. The location of installation is Bonneville Lock and Dam, located in Multnomah County, Oregon. The Contractor must perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations in the completion of work. This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 332311 - Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://beta.sam.gov/ prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award.
