An after-the-fact justification and approval for unusual and compelling urgency was approved on 21 May 2021 and is attached as required by FAR 6.305(b). This Justification is for the site preparation of mobile home units (MHUs) in Talent, Jackson County, Oregon. The period of performance for the contract is 60 calendar days in total, which required performance to begin immediately to meet this schedule. The abstract from the limited competition invitation for bid (W9127N21B0015) is also attached in accordance with FAR 14.403(b).
