Rogue River Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2021 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N21B0018 for Rogue River Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2021. This dredging project includes work near Gold Beach, Oregon. Mechanical dredging is required by this contract. Material placement will be in a designated ocean disposal site. Approximately 400,000 cubic yards will be dredged as a mandatory line item, with additional optional items of 85,000 cubic yards depending on project needs and funding availability. Review the attached DRAFT project plans and specifications for additional information. The Government would appreciate any feedback on the DRAFT documents. The forthcoming solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. The in-water work window for Rogue River is June 2021 to October 2021. Water Quality monitoring will be required in accordance with the current water quality certificates. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 26 March 2021 with bids due 30 days after advertise. This procurement is anticipated to be solicited allowing for full and open competition (unrestricted) and is open to both small and large business concerns. A small business subcontracting plan will be required for large businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The small business size standard is $30 million. The magnitude of construction is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. A presolicitation conference is schedule for 5 March 2021 at 9:00 am PST via Webex teleconference.
