John Day Lock & Dam – Trashrack Rehabilitation Project The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N21B0014 for John Day Lock and Dam trashrack rehabilitation. This contract will include the fabrication of 24 new trashracks and the removal and replacement of 18 existing trashracks. Once the 18 trashracks are replaced with new sets, the 18 older sets will require commercial blasting before returning to site for review and acceptance. The solicitation will be available for download on or about April 1, 2021 with bids due 30 days after advertise. Target award is May 2021 with target install of new trashracks to occur March 2022 (pre-work submittals and material lead times considered). This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
