US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is soliciting for Snooper Truck Services within the Columbia, Willamette, and Rogue Valleys Project locations. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide an under bridge inspection truck and two operators, one to run the truck and one to operate the platform, to be used for access to inspect U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Portland District bridges in the Columbia, Willamette and Rogue Valleys. The inspections for these sites are on a rotating schedule with the Columbia Valley Projects inspected on even years in the fall and the Willamette and Rogue Valley projects inspected on odd years in the spring. This firm fixed priced contract is for a base plus four option years per the Government’s discretion.
