This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, CENWP-CT-S, Portland Oregon 97204 is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number W9127N-20-R-0047 for the STS Link Bars for Bonneville Dam, Cascade Locks, Oregon. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 332999 with a size standard of 750 employees. The Government anticipates awarding One (1) Firm-Fixed-Price commercial supply contract. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
