This is a firm-fixed-price request for quotation (RFQ) for commercial security cameras for the Bonneville Dam, Multnomah County, Oregon. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Subpart 13.5. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 561621 – Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a small business size standard of $22 million. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://beta.sam.gov/ prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award.
