This is a firm-fixed-price, commercial services solicitation to provide tree removal services at Blue River Project within the Willamette Valley Project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). USACE manages non-developed areas near critical infrastructure in the Willamette Valley Project including Blue River Project. It is their responsibility to ensure mitigation of hazardous conditions. A hazardous tree fell at Blue River Project damaging a popular recreational footbridge and the fencing to protect the public from entering the water exiting the regulating outlet below the dam. The tree fell in a manner that has left hazardous conditions. To successfully mitigate the existing hazard, the dead fall tree and debris shall be removed off-site to prevent further infrastructure damage near the Blue River regulating outlet
