Solicitation Notice W9127N20Q0063 Historic Structures Evaluation & Inventory Services Baker Bay-West Sand Island, Clatsop County, Oregon Description(s): Synopsis: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to award a firm-fixed-price commercial services contract for Historic Structures Evaluation & Inventory Services at Baker Bay-West Sand Island, Clatsop County, Oregon. This is a non-personal, services contract to provide Archaeological Pedestrian Survey services. The Contractor shall inventory and document the four pile dikes within the Baker Bay West Sand Island system. The contractor shall provide 1) cultural resource inventory of the pile dike system (4 pile dikes), 2) recordation of the pile dikes on Oregon Inventory of Historic Properties Section 106 Documentation Forms, 3) evaluation of the pile dike system for the NRHP, and 4) preparation of a National Park Service (NPS) 10-900 form for the pile dike system. The contract will cover the Baker Bay West Sand Island pile dike system in Clatsop County, Oregon. This contract duration is forecasted for 180 calendar days. This acquisition is intended to be Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 541620 – Environmental Consulting Services, which has a small business size standard of $16,500,000. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this effort AH91 – R&D – Environmental Protection: Other (Basic Research). Any and all evaluation criteria is stated in the solicitation. This acquisition will result in a single firm-fixed-price commercial services contract. Proposal Period: The solicitation’s date for receipt of proposals is on or before 22 July 2020. Due to the commercial nature of the services, the publicizing and response time is set to afford potential offers a reasonable opportunity to respond in accordance with FAR subpart 5.203.
