Description(s): Synopsis: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is soliciting for a firm-fixed-price commercial services contract for Archaeological Survey Services at Baker Bay-West Sand Island, Clatsop County, Oregon. This is a non-personal, services contract to provide Archaeological Pedestrian Survey services. The Contractor shall preform a record search of cultural resources within a 1-mile radius of the APE and prepare a short literature summary report, conduct a pedestrian archaeological survey of about 90 acres, record any new cultural resources observed during the survey (assume 4 new resources), and prepare a draft and final survey report and site forms.. This contract duration is forecasted for 180 calendar days. This acquisition is intended to be Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 541620 – Environmental Consulting Services, which has a small business size standard of $16,500,000. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this effort AH91 – R&D – Environmental Protection: Other (Basic Research). Evaluation criteria is stated in the solicitation. This acquisition will result in a single firm-fixed-price commercial services contract. Proposal Period: Receipt of proposals is on or before 17 July 2020. Due to the commercial nature of the services, the publicizing and response time is set to afford potential offers a reasonable opportunity to respond in accordance with FAR subpart 5.203.
