COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N20Q0053 Dredge Yaquina Hydraulic Cylinders U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 9 July 2020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N20Q0053 for procurement of two (2) swell compensator hydraulic cylinder and the overhaul of one (1) overflow trough cylinder, one (1) hopper door cylinder, and one (1) draghead gantry cylinder. The swell compensator hydraulic cylinder rod shall be chromed and built to or comparable to the specifications in the drawing referenced (Tomkins-Johnson Co. Drawing 95340). The USACE, Portland District’s dredge vessel Yaquina requires the contractor to arrange for delivery of the hydraulic cylinders from the Portland District Warehouse: 8010 NW St. Helens Rd, Portland, Oregon to Contractor Facility. Upon completion the contractor MUST provide for re-delivery of the hydraulic cylinders to the Portland District Warehouse. Please see the attached product description for design requirements. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-07 Effective July 2, 2020. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 332710, Machine Shops with a size standard of 500 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
