This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N20Q0051 for High Resistance Ground – Medium Voltage is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). A firm-fixed priced contract using NAICS 532490 shall be awarded by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. The Request for quote (RFQ) is to purchase a High Resistance Ground – Medium Voltage for Lookout Point Dam. See the Contract Line Items (CLINs) below and attached Specifications for further details. Cost for Shipping FOB destination shall be included in the offered price.
