This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Subpart 13.5. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code of 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $8 million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the BETA System for Award Management (SAM) at www.beta.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
