The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, Oregon, is soliciting to award a contract for Custodial Services for the U.S. Government Moorings, Portland, Oregon. Work will include mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing and/or sealing, vacuuming, spot cleaning and steam cleaning various flooring and floor covering materials including those on stairways and landings. Surface dusting, cleaning of windows and window coverings, upholstery cleaning, cleaning of restroom facilities and fixtures, cleaning of lunchroom and kitchen appliances, fixtures and facilities and trash removal. Frequency of various services (offices, break rooms, and common use areas) shall be cleaned every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Contractor shall provide services within the time frame of 1730 - 2230 for days indicated. Performance period will be a base year, with two Optional Years. Base Year will commence on 01 June 2020 and run through 31 May 2021. The 2012 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561720 – Custodial/Janitorial service. This acquisition is intended to be 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The size standard is $19,500,000.00. Evaluation criteria will be stated in the solicitation. This acquisition will result in a single firm-fixed-price commercial service contract. Proposal Period: The solicitation release date is 08 April and offers are due 08 May 2020.
