This is a firm-fixed-price request for quotation (RFQ) for commercial pest control services at US Moorings, Portland, Oregon. The period of performance is date of award plus four option years (through 2025). This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Subpart 13.5. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 561710 – Exterminating and Pest Control Services, with a small business size standard of $8 million. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://beta.sam.gov/ prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than 13 April 2020 at 1:00 PM Pacific time. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time. Quotes shall be emailed to: Megan.L.Acord@usace.army.mil and Robert.B.Miller@usace.army.mil. The electronic quote shall be in Portable Document Format, filename extension: “.pdf” and suitable for viewing in Adobe Reader. Offerors should enter a description for every file uploaded. For files over 10 megabytes (MB) the "Large Upload (JAVA)" button must be used. The combined file size limit for upload using "Large Upload (JAVA)" is 100MB. If needed, the offeror can break single files over 100MB into smaller files or use the upload utility multiple times if files exceed the 100MB size limit.
