This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N20Q0033 is for the rental of six (6) trucks and six (6) flatbed trailers and operator services for the transport of spillway gate stoplogs on two separate dates located at Foster Dam in Foster, Oregon. The Government anticipates one (1) firm-fixed price, commercial service contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Subpart 13.1. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01. This solicitation is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the NAICS Code of 484110 –General Freight Trucking, Local with a small business size standard of $30,000,000.00. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
