The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. The solicitation number is W9127N-20-Q-0026 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730 with a small business size standard of $8M. This requirement is a total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain a firm-fixed price service contract for mowing of lands in the vicinity of Clatskanie, OR. Approximately 60 miles Northwest from Portland, Oregon on the Columbia River. See Webb District Rd, Clatskanie, OR 97016 and the attached maps for exact sites.
