Coquille Bandon Boat Basin Pipeline Maintenance Dredging 2020 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N20B0025 for Coquille Bandon Boat Basin Pipeline Maintenance Dredging 2020. This dredging project includes work in Bandon, Oregon. A cutterhead suction dredge is required on this contract. The placement site is an in-water flow lane, located in the Coquille River at approximately RM 01+01+30 about 300 feet from the Bandon Boat Basin entrance. Approximately 5,400 cubic yards will be dredged as a mandatory line item. All dredging under this contract is maintenance dredging. The in-water work window for Coquille Bandon Boat Basin is July 1 to November 30. Water Quality monitoring will be required in accordance with the current water quality certificates. Dredging and placement will be restricted to ebb tide. Project depths will be determined in the solicitation and payment method will be by pre-post survey. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The small business size standard is $27.5 million.
