W9127N20B0017 for Coos Bay Upriver Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2020. This dredging project includes work in Coos Bay, Oregon, River Miles 11+49 to 15+00. A clamshell dredge is required on this contract. Material placement will be in a designated ocean disposal site. Approximately 700,000 cubic yards will be dredged as a mandatory line item, with additional optional items depending on project needs and funding availability. This solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. The in-water work window for Coos Bay River Miles 11+49 to 15+00 is July 1 to October 31. Water Quality monitoring will be required in accordance with the current water quality certificates. This procurement is unrestricted, solicited under full and open competition and is open to both small and large business concerns.
