Vertical Lift Door Assembly. Door must consist of five sections, set one behind the other, comprised of ASTM 1011 Carbon Steel to stack within the existing head room and preserve the door opening dimensions. Arrange door operation and travel so that sections arrive simultaneously at the full open position. Sections must stack vertically in a compact group above the head of the opening. Provide doors with counterweights. Doors, components, and methods of installation must be designed in accordance with AISC 360 and ANSI/DASMA 102. Doors must be designed to resist a factored components and cladding wind pressure of 36.0 psf positive and 36.0 psf negative in accordance with ASCE 7-16, Chapter 30. Door wind load performance should be determined in accordance with ASTM E330/E330M. Maximum wind load deflection of the door must not exceed the door height in inches divided by 120 and the door width in inches divided by 120. Doors must be operable during design wind load.
