Project Scope: Fabrication of nine main unit coolers, three station coolers. The work requires reverse engineering and providing drawings of the fabricated coolers. The new coolers must be essentially identical to the existing coolers located at The Dalles Dam. The Government intends to furnish 1 each of the coolers as a reference for reverse engineering purposes. Acquisition Method: The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) with Definitive Responsibility Criteria. This acquisition will result in a single firm-fixed-price contract.
