A brand name firm-fixed priced contract shall be awarded by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. The intent of this Request for quote (RFQ) is to purchase Remote Control Hoists for Gantry 3 overhead crane at Bonneville Lock and Dam, Oregon. Purpose is to update the remote control hoist currently used. We are not looking to replace with the exact same item, but rather looking to replace with one that includes the specifications listed in the contract line items (CLINs). For information only, pictures are provided (attached) to view the Hetronic remote control hoist currently used on the gantry crane at this time. See Contract Line Item (CLIN) for further details. Reference the "Instructions to Offeror" within the solicitation for submission instructions.
