This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, is issuing this request for quotation, W9127N19Q0142, for demolition and disposal of the Portable Floating Fish Collector (PFFC) at Cougar Dam and Reservoir in Lane County, OR. Reference the enclosed combined synopsis/solicitation for additional information. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 238910 with a size standard of $16.5M. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) firm-fixed-price contract.
