Please sign SF30 form to acknowledge amendment and submit it along with your quote. A firm-fixed priced contract shall be awarded by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. The Request for quote (RFQ) is to purchase valves for the main unit cooling system at Bonneville Lock and Dam, Oregon. Reference combined synopsis solicitation for further details. Reference the "Instructions to Offeror" within the solicitation for submission instructions.
