Solicitation W9127N19Q0115 for a Machinery Health Analyzer is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the NAICS Code of 334513 – Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
