This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for quotation for elevator repair at the USACE Portland District John Day Dam; Interstate 84, Exit 109; Rufus, Oregon 97050 for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. This solicitation is being competed as unrestricted under the NAICS Code of 811310. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
