A Brand Name firm-fixed priced contract shall be awarded by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. The Request for quote (RFQ) is to purchase Peplink Celluar Wide Area Network (WAN) equipment from authorized distributors or resellers certified by Peplink. The Peplink networking equipment is critical part of the Portland Disitrict CorpsNet failover system used to provide network services. The Peplink cellular WAN equipment will be used to bond multiple cellular radios into one secured and encrypted virtual private network and aggregate the available bandwidth. This platform allows the NWP District utilize much more available bandwidth at each end point. Due to the need for increased bandwidth using VPN bonding of the radio equipment only this Brand Name product will be used. Reference the "Instructions to Offeror" within the solicitation for submission instructions.
