This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N19Q0086 for a powder lime application in Clatskanie, Columbia County, Oregon is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98. This solicitation has been set aside for 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code of 561730 - Landscaping Services, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotes to be eligible for award.
