This is a Request for Quotation for Grove 70T Mobile Crane Repair, as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), at the John Day Dam site within the Willow Creek Project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This requirement's value is being posted on FBO to satisfy the requirement at FAR 5.101(a)(2)(ii). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. This solicitation is being competed as unrestricted FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION under the NAICS Code of 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The government requests quotes for the following services per location. See Performance Work Statement Section 5.0 for requirement details: Cost for Shipping FOB destination shall be included in the offered price.
