The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to: 1) Revise the experience evaluation factor at FAR clause 52.212-2. Changes are indicated in Red Text. 2) Re-open the solicitation for competition and extend the quote due date to September 4, 2019 at 4:00pm Pacific Time. 3) Contractors are not required to resubmit their quote, if already provided. However, an offeror shall state with the submittal of this signed Amendment 0002 SF30 that no changes are made to their quote and their pricing remains valid. 4) Electronic submission of a quote/revised quote and signed Amendment 0002 shall be sent to Megan.L.Acord@usace.army.mil and Brooke.L.Patterson@usace.army.mil.
