The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, is requesting quotes for hazard tree removal services at Lookout Point Dam within the Willamette Valley Project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Lane County, Oregon. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being competed as a 100% total small business set-aside under the NAICS Code of 561730 - Landscaping Services, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Submission requirements, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria are stated within the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The Government reserves the right to cancel this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
